Final inspection before shipment: cosmetic, dimensional, drop test and packaging, case by case.

Drop Test
Loaded case dropped from 1.2 m onto concrete — corners, latches and shell must survive intact.
Latch Cycles
Every latch design is cycled 50 times minimum — no loosening, no spring fatigue.
Dimensional Check
Panel and cavity dimensions verified against your approved drawing with calibrated tools.
Salt-Spray Test
Hardware and finishes exposed to salt fog — no corrosion on plated parts that ship to you.
