Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?

ROBUST CASE is an OEM/ODM partner and your export window to Changzhou’s aluminum case manufacturing cluster. We coordinate tooling, fabrication, foam cutting, QC and export packaging through our partner factories, which operate under ISO 9001 quality systems.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard cases: 50 units. Custom cases with tooling: 100 units. Samples available from 1 unit. Contact us for specific MOQ on your project.

What is your production lead time?

Standard cases: 15-25 days. Custom tooling: 30-45 days. Samples: 7-15 days. Rush orders available on request.

What aluminum alloy and thickness do you use?

We use 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, 1.0mm to 2.0mm thickness depending on case size and application. Heavier-duty cases use 1.5mm-2.0mm panels.

Are your cases dust- and waterproof?

Our standard cases offer IP54 protection. We can upgrade to IP65/IP67 with gasket seals and pressure valves for demanding environments.

What certifications do you hold?

ISO 9001 quality management, RoHS compliance, and we support MIL-STD-810H testing on request. Third-party inspection welcome.

Can you print my logo on the case?

Yes. We offer silk-screen printing, laser engraving, and custom anodized logos. Send us your artwork for a quote.

Can you design custom foam interiors?

Yes. We provide CNC-cut custom foam inserts. Send us your equipment dimensions or a sample, and we’ll design the perfect fit.

How do I get a price quotation?

Fill out our quote form with case dimensions, quantity, and customization needs. We respond within 24-48 hours with a detailed quotation.

What payment terms do you accept?

T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and Trade Assurance through Alibaba. PayPal accepted for sample orders.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Samples are available at sample cost plus shipping. Sample lead time is 7-15 days. Sample cost is refundable on bulk orders over 500 units.

How do you control product quality?

Three-stage inspection: IQC (incoming materials), IPQC (in-process checks), OQC (final outgoing inspection) at AQL 2.5. Every order ships with an inspection report.

What is your warranty?

1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We replace or repair defective units at no cost. Extended warranty available for volume orders.
