What we send, when, and what we need from you.
Inquiry & quotation
1-2 days
You send spec / quantity / target price. We return an indicative FOB quote with 2-3 case options. No commitment at this stage.
Sample order
7-10 days + ship
Custom CAD + foam + first article. Air-shipped DHL / FedEx. Sample fee refunded on bulk order (PO ≥ 100 units or USD 5,000).
Proforma Invoice & deposit
3-5 days
PI with bank details. 30% T/T deposit to start production. L/C at sight also accepted for established accounts.
Mass production
20-35 working days
Cutting → assembly → foam → QC. Mid-run photos and IPQC report sent at 30% / 60% / 100% completion. You can request a video call at any station.
Pre-shipment inspection
2-3 days
Final QC (drop test, latch cycle, foam fit, cosmetic). You can attend in person, send a representative, or hire SGS / BV / TUV.
Balance payment & shipping docs
2-3 days
70% balance T/T received. We send commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin, and material certificates within 24 hours.
Delivery, defect window, reorder
Ongoing
Ocean transit 18-35 days depending on destination. 30-day defect window from delivery. Reorder typically uses the same production line and operator.
