Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

ROBUST CASE manufactures custom protective cases to your specifications. Because our products are made-to-order, our Refund & Returns Policy differs from standard retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Orders

All aluminum flight cases, rack cases, road cases, and custom foam inserts are built to your dimensions, foam layout, color, and hardware requirements. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except as outlined below.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your case arrives defective, damaged in shipping, or materially different from the approved drawings/samples, we will:

• Repair the product at no cost to you
• Replace the defective unit(s) at no cost to you
• Issue a partial or full refund if repair/replacement is not feasible

Claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by photos of the defect and packaging.

Sample Orders

Pre-production samples are non-refundable, as they are used to validate fit, foam layout, and finish before mass production. Sample fees may be credited toward bulk orders of 50+ units.

Lead Time and Delays

We provide estimated lead times at the quote stage. Production delays caused by material shortages, custom foam availability, or force majeure events will be communicated promptly and are not grounds for refund. We will work with you on a revised delivery schedule.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of deposit payment, before material procurement begins, for a full refund. After production has started, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of 30–100% depending on production progress.

Warranty

All ROBUST CASE products carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, normal wear and tear, or shipping damage (covered by carrier insurance).
