Shipping Overview
ROBUST CASE ships custom aluminum cases worldwide from our factory in China. We partner with major freight forwarders and express carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your protective cases.
Shipping Methods
- International Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 3–7 business days. Best for samples, small orders, and urgent replacements.
- Air Freight: 7–14 business days. Suitable for medium-volume orders (50–200 cases).
- Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): 25–40 business days. Most cost-effective for bulk orders (full container loads).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order dimensions, weight, destination, and shipping method. We provide a detailed freight quote before production begins. All prices on this website exclude shipping, duties, and taxes.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend contacting your local customs office to estimate these costs before ordering. For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, we can arrange this service at additional cost.
Packaging
All cases are packed in reinforced export cartons with foam corner protection. For sea freight orders, cases are palletized and wrapped for container loading. High-value orders are crated for maximum protection.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. For sea freight, we provide bill of lading (B/L) documents and estimated arrival dates.
Shipping Damage
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and take photos within 48 hours. File a claim with the carrier; we will assist with documentation and replacement.
Estimated Lead Times
Production lead times depend on order complexity:
- Samples: 5–10 business days
- Small orders (1–50 pcs): 15–25 business days
- Bulk orders (50+ pcs): 30–45 business days
These estimates exclude shipping transit time.
