Product Customization
Our cases are custom-built to your specifications. You are responsible for providing accurate dimensions, equipment drawings, foam requirements, and artwork. ROBUST CASE is not liable for misfit or production errors caused by inaccurate client-provided information.
Quotations and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of shipping, duties, taxes, and import fees. We reserve the right to revise pricing due to material cost fluctuations.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include T/T (bank wire), PayPal, and L/C for large orders.
Lead Times
Production lead times are estimates provided at quoting and depend on order quantity, foam complexity, and finishing requirements. We will notify you promptly of any anticipated delays.
Shipping and Risk
Shipping terms are typically FOB (Free on Board) from our factory unless otherwise specified. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
Limitation of Liability
ROBUST CASE’s total liability for any claim arising from our products or services shall not exceed the invoice amount for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including equipment damage due to case failure).
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, disputes shall be submitted to the relevant arbitration commission.
